At Red Dirt Covey, faith, family, and agriculture guide everything we do. We proudly raise Coturnix and Bobwhite quail to provide a memorable hunting experience that is rooted in South Texas heritage. My family has farmed the land we hunt on for more than 100 years. We understand how to steward the land so that it continues to thrive and grow for our future.
My father was born in the Red Dirt where I live today. We lost him the same month we started up our quail business. It just seems fitting to honor his legacy through "When the Dust Falls Away." My family will continue to raise the Angus cattle he loved so much, while we fold in some new traditions.
